Job summary

Prestige Recruitment Specialists are recruiting on behalf of a long-established business serving the shipping, offshore and industrial sectors. Based in Hull, the Sales Co-ordinator offers a £30,000 basic salary plus a £6,000 annual bonus and a Monday to Friday 7:00am–4:00pm pattern with 1 in 4 Saturdays.

You’ll manage customer enquiries, prepare quotations, source products and guide orders from enquiry through to delivery, building strong relationships and a high standard of customer service

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with business customers.
• Responding to incoming enquiries by phone and email.
• Preparing competitive quotations.
• Processing customer orders accurately.
• Sourcing products from an established supplier network.
• Negotiating prices to maximise profitability.
• Working closely with purchasing, warehouse and operations teams.
• Keeping customers updated throughout the order process.
• Using CRM and internal systems to manage customer information.
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience from enquiry through to delivery.
