Job summary

Klipboard is seeking a driven sales professional to join our team in the UK. You will identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.

As part of a global company, you will contribute to revenue growth, upsell our product catalogue, and help maximise contract value. You will operate within a collaborative environment that values initiative and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to site rules and health and safety requirements.
  • Drive new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
  • Achieve minimum daily call KPI targets.
  • Manage customer issues and build strong relationships.
  • Forecast pipeline and report progress to Sales Director.
  • Upsell and maximise revenue from existing and new customers.
  • Collaborate with peers and support management to hit budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To adhere to all site rules as laid down by the Senior Team.
  • To enforce a culture of Performance.
  • To enforce a duty of care; Employees have a duty of care to their employer; meaning they should act responsibly to other Employees and to the Employers property.
  • To adhere to all health and safety rules, with all accidents and near misses reported as they occur.
  • To adhere to all site rules as outlined within your employee pack and contract.
  • To achieve or exceed expected targets securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors.
  • To achieve minimum daily call KPI targets.
  • To manage multiple aspects of the business, including dealing with customer problems.
  • To establish a strong working relationship with your peers.
  • To support your manager with achieving pre planned budgets/targets.
  • To manage personal time and productivity.
  • To manage pipeline accurately ensuring the line manager has/you have accurate forecasting to report back to the Sales director.
  • To maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods to optimise the quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • To maximise revenue generation of existing and new customers through upselling the company’s product catalogue and maximising contract length and value.
  • To respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
  • Responsible for improving customer retention within the business and achieving set budget targets.
  • Having a commercial approach to dealing with issues customers may have with RAM and looking to improve customer relationships by solving these issues, ending in a positive outcome for both parties.
  • Hitting upsell/cross sell targets in line with budget.
