Job summary

Klipboard in Leeds is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive new business and manage existing accounts. You'll plan and execute outbound activities, respond to inquiries, and upsell the company’s product catalogue while maintaining accurate forecasts.

You will work with a CRM to track activity, hit KPI targets, and collaborate with peers and the Sales Director to grow revenue across sectors. The role offers a fast-paced environment, competitive targets, and opportunities to shape

Key Responsibilities:
  • To adhere to all site rules as laid down by the Senior Team.
  • To enforce a culture of Performance.
  • To enforce a duty of care; Employees have a duty of care to their employer; meaning they should act responsibly to other Employees and to the Employers property.
  • To adhere to all health and safety rules, with all accidents and near misses reported as they occur.
  • To adhere to all site rules as outlined within your employee pack and contract.
  • To achieve KPI’s agreed with the line manager and report progress on a weekly/monthly basis as required and agreed.
  • To plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims and update relevant information held in Salesforce.
  • To achieve or exceed expected targets securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors.
  • To achieve minimum daily call KPI targets.
  • To manage multiple aspects of the business, including dealing with customer problems.
  • To establish a strong working relationship with your peers.
  • To support your manager with achieving pre planned budgets/targets.
  • To manage personal time and productivity.
  • To manage pipeline accurately ensuring the line manager has/you have accurate forecasting to report back to the Sales director.
  • To maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods to optimise the quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • To maximise revenue generation of existing and new customers through upselling the company’s product catalogue and maximising contract length and value.
  • To respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
