Priory Group is seeking a Client Referral Co-ordinator to join our Customer Service Centre in Stockton-on-Tees. You will handle inbound calls and emails from people exploring treatment options and support NHS professionals with bed placements across our national hospital network.

In this non-clinical role, you’ll listen with empathy, record client information in line with GDPR, and help navigate funding for NHS services while maintaining high quality service levels across a 365-day operation.
