Client Quotations Advisor, Residential Conveyancing

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Cardiff

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Quotations Advisor. The successful person will be responsible for providing a professional and timely service to our prospective clients within the residential conveyancing department.

Responsibilities
  • Taking inbound calls from potential clients who are seeking conveyancing quotes.
  • Assisting clients in making informed decisions by providing accurate conveyancing quotes and service information.
  • Actioning and responding to client email enquiries.
  • Making outbound calls to clients with outstanding quotes and following up on potential warm leads.
  • Conducting data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Occasionally covering the office reception desk during lunch breaks or staff absences.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and phone/email etiquette when interacting with clients.
Experience and Skills
  • Experience with sales conversion and objection handling.
  • Excellent people and customer service skills.
  • An understanding of the conveyancing process is preferred but not essential.
  • Able to build a good rapport and relationship with clients over the telephone.
  • Being proactive in contacting clients via emails and telephone.
  • Self-motivator.
