Job summary

Omnis Investments Limited is seeking a Client Portfolio Manager to be the face and voice of Omnis for Openwork & 2plan advisers. The role aims to raise awareness of Omnis investment strategies and principles and to drive adoption of Omnis products and services.

You will collaborate with the Openwork Partnership team and 2plan BRM teams, working to tailor Omnis' communication to advisers and customers. This field-based role requires regular travel and close coordination with multiple internal

Qualifications

• Significant wealth management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of retail wealth financial services products (ISAs, investment bonds, pensions).
• Experience of developing and executing sales plans.
• Understanding of the UK investment and savings environment and regulation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert on all Omnis solutions and investment approach.
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with advisers to promote Omnis propositions.
• Collaborate with Investor Solutions, Marketing and distribution to align materials with adviser and customer needs.
• Represent Omnis at regional meetings and large adviser events.
• Support advisers with High-Net-Worth client meetings with macroeconomic insights.
• Coordinate Omnis webinars and national/regional conferences.
• Ensure advisers have skills, training and material to promote Omnis solutions.
• Respond to adviser and customer queries and complaints.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement across teams.

Job description

As the Client Portfolio Manager for Omnis Investments, you will be the "face and voice" of Omnis for Openwork & 2plan advisers. The key purposes of the role are to increase awareness and understanding of Omnis' investment strategies and principles. As well as increase adoption of Omnis products and services.

You will work collaboratively with the Openwork Partnership team and 2plan Business Relationship Management team. Working with our Director of Investment & Client Solutions, the 2plan central teams and marketing to continually tailor Omnis' communication capability and approach to ensure that it remains contemporary and effective across the Openwork & 2plan audiences.

This is a field-based role with regular travel required.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Act as the subject matter expert on all aspects of the Omnis solutions and investment approach.
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with Openwork & 2plan advisers to position the Omnis proposition and influence flows into Omnis solutions.
• Work collaboratively with the Investor Solutions team and Marketing and distribution teams to ensure Omnis market, fund and promotional materials meet Advisers' and Customers' needs.
• Represent Omnis at regional member meetings, peer group meetings, Member Engagement Group Meetings and large Adviser meetings.
• Support Openwork & 2plan Advisers with their High-Net-Worth Client meetings - providing macroeconomic and market views but not involved in advice activities.
• Co-ordinate Omnis webinars, national and regional conferences/meeting.
• Work with the Openwork PDM & WDM and 2plan BRM teams and Proposition team to ensure Advisers have the necessary skills, support, training and material to promote and advise on the Omnis investment solutions.
• Respond to Adviser and Customer related complaints and queries.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement with both internal and external teams.

What will you need to succeed?

• Significant wealth management experience; with in-depth knowledge of retail wealth financial services products (e.g. ISAs, investment bonds and pensions).
• Experience of Financial Markets and economic theories.
• Experience of developing and executing sales plans.
• A good understanding of the UK investment and savings environment, the wider UK regulatory environment, investment products and services (notably UCITS funds and DFM services), investment sales process, how independent financial advisers operate advice process, sales reporting (CRM) methods, investment strategies, techniques and instruments.
