Job summary

IRIS Software Group in the UK is seeking a Client Payroll Executive to manage a portfolio of payroll clients from start to finish, ensuring accurate and on-time pays. You will work directly with customers to collect payroll information, process payrolls and produce essential reports.

This role also involves creating payments, handling RTI and HMRC compliance, responding to client queries, and collaborating with Payroll, Product and Support teams to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have proven payroll processing experience.
• Experience with payroll software is required or highly preferred.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills are essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Payroll qualifications such as CIPP are desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients.
• Collect payroll data, process payrolls, and produce reports.
• Create BACS files and RTI submissions.
• Check payroll calculations and ensure accuracy.
• Respond to client and third-party queries; provide high service levels.
• Complete reconciliations and year-end activities; support HMRC compliance.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Product and Support teams.
