Overview

Publicis Sapient (PS), a global leader in Digital Business Transformation (DBT), is looking for a Client Partner with a strong track record of results to join our elite Client team. Aligned to the Retail industry, you will harness the depth and breadth of PS’ portfolio, and the value-add of our extended capabilities through Publicis Groupe, to identify new opportunities, new buying centres, and innovative ways to help our clients evolve for a more digital-enabled future, positively impacting their business and their customers.

Your Impact:

1. Lead our relationship with a small number of high value clients, acting as their PS lead and ensuring profitable YoY Growth through delivering great outcomes.
2. Own the relationship with each of your clients, to deliver on agreed sales and revenue targets, through growth in existing and new opportunities.
3. Foster deep relationships with customer C-suite through thought leadership.
4. Shape proposals and negotiate agreements focused on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes for PS and its clients.
5. Account Planning for your clients, with a mix of a 2-3 year planning horizon, and more tactical executions across the full PS portfolio.
6. Maintain a thorough understanding of the PS GTM offerings and solutions, brand and network building, cross-client line of businesses, and industry trends.
7. Report on monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and ensure account planning meets defined commercials goals.
8. Be the point of escalation for your Clients, ensuring delivery expectations and overall client satisfaction by orchestrating relevant Delivery stakeholders.
9. Advocate for your clients internally and ensure all opportunities are accurately reflected and forecasted in the PS pipeline to provide visibility and cross-sell opportunities with all practices, capabilities, and alliance partner teams.
10. Cross-sell across our horizontals, services, solutions, and capabilities.
11. Demonstrate a high level of performance and results in goal achievement, account management, people and diversity development, business / financial / technical specialization, innovations, and contributions to the PS Growth Force Community.
12. Manage PS Internal stakeholders and build a dedicated and virtual team of experts to match our offerings to Client priorities.
13. Contribute to Global Client Partner community, supporting best practices, case studies, and education.

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experiences

The successful candidate is likely to have in excess of 5 years’ experience of overseeing digital delivery and key account management duties within a professional services environment. In this time, the candidate will have developed:

• Strong Retail and/or CPG industry knowledge.
• Experience of creating and managing high value impact on significant accounts.
• A passion for people, leadership, equality, and society.
• Ability to develop and nurture Trusted Partner-level relationships with both C-suite client contacts and internal stakeholders via a strong industry POV and understanding of client needs.
• Strong global leadership capability to manage large teams and lead change while inspiring and developing others.
• Strong learning mindset and drive for continuous evolution and self-improvement, including cultivating learning agility, development of personal adaptability, and pursuit of excellence.
• Flexible and mobile, able to work in a hybrid WFH, office, and travel environment as the role necessitates. Customer account level profit and loss management experience is important.
