Job summary

First Intuition in Reading or Southampton is seeking a proactive Client Partner to join the client services team. You will deliver high-quality service to learners, employers and FI colleagues, onboarding apprentices and coordinating programme pathways with attention to eligibility and funding rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent account service to FI clients for exams and apprenticeships.
• Onboard learners onto apprenticeship programmes ensuring eligibility criteria.
• Plan programmes for new apprentices and commercial learners tailored to needs.
• Manage contractual arrangements through to delivery.
• Identify service improvements and collaborate with the FI team.
• Support business development by following up on new client leads.
• Maintain student and client records with progress reports.
