Responsibilities

• Process payments for Corporates, Wealth Management Customers, Group entities and internal departments via Internet Banking/SWIFT/UK Clearing or other channels.
• Adhere to SLA's for payment processing and ensure timely execution.
• Perform payment positioning and end-of-day queue checks.
• Prepare and report on complaints; conduct investigations as needed.
• Respond to emails promptly and professionally.
• Process Retail Deposits and support Debit Card applications.
• Engage with Retail Deposit clients courteously and professionally.
• Support various duties within Client Operations and test system upgrades.
