Qualifications

Degree from a Russell Group university with a minimum 2:1.
Internships or work experience in investment management, financial services, banking, asset servicing or related environments.
Strong academic record and demonstrable achievements inside/outside education.
1–3 years' experience in Transfer Agency, Client Operations, Investor Services, Fund Operations or related buy-side roles.

Responsibilities

Process investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and account-related transactions.
Support investor onboarding and documentation reviews.
Respond to client and investor queries in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate client and account records.
Liaise with third-party providers and internal stakeholders regarding investor transactions.
Assist with process improvement initiatives and operational projects.
Ensure a consistently high standard of client service and operational accuracy.
