Miles & Barr, part of Lomond, invites you to join our Head Office in Herne Bay as a Client Onboarding Advisor. You will consistently meet KPI targets, guide sellers and buyers through AML processes, and build rapport with clients to ensure smooth onboarding.

This role focuses on stakeholder liaison, upselling where appropriate, and delivering a first-class customer experience. Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint is expected, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

Consistently meeting KPI’s in line with business needs.
Speaking to sellers and buyers on the phone taking them through Anti Money Laundering process and building rapport with our clients.
Liaising with various stakeholders.
Upselling or cross selling depending on client requirements.
Managing onboarding processes.
