Job summary

AllianceBernstein is seeking a Client Servicing Onboarding Analyst in London to support onboarding and ongoing service for AB Institutional clients. You will project manage new client onboarding, act as primary contact for operational service needs, and strive for high client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires 1–2 years in a buy-side client servicing or operations role, strong communication, and familiarity with financial systems.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent education with a track record in client servicing or operations.
• Industry qualifications (IMC/IAQ) are desirable but not required.
• 1–2 years buy-side experience in client servicing or operations.
• European language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project manage end-to-end onboarding of new institutional clients.
• Coordinate fund/mandate launches, transitions, and related events.
• Communicate with custodians, administrators and clients throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure SLA adherence and collaborate with Legal and Derivatives teams.
• Maintain awareness of regulatory changes impacting operations.
