• Experience in recruitment finance, invoice finance or commercial finance.
• Strong client management and onboarding experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with KYC/verification processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients.
• Gather and review required client documentation, including identification, financial and business information.
• Guide clients through system set-up and implementation.
• Act as the main point of contact throughout the onboarding journey.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Manage a portfolio of existing clients and day-to-day queries.
• Work closely with internal teams to onboard clients efficiently.
• Proactively identify and resolve client issues.
• Ensure clients understand products, processes and services.
• Maintain accurate client records and CRM information.
• Regularly communicate with clients to understand requirements.
• Support clients as their businesses grow and adapt.
