Job summary

RBC Private Wealth is seeking an Associate to join our client management team in Saint Helier. You will support Relationship Managers, handling client onboarding, data updates and regulatory compliance to ensure a seamless experience from day one.

Based in Jersey, the role is primarily office-based with up to one day per week remote, offering an opportunity to develop expertise in a fast-paced, client-focused environment where attention to detail matters and teamwork drives success.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing or client service roles.
• Strong KYC/CDD knowledge and understanding of company and trust structures.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; fast and accurate typist.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers to deliver compliant onboarding.
• Review KYC documentation and forms; liaise with teams and clients.
• Navigate complex structures for companies, trusts and charities.
• Ensure accuracy by reviewing documentation before handover.
• Keep client data updated in the CRM system.
