Job summary

Quilter Cheviot is seeking an Operations Assistant in London (Hybrid) to support the opening and amendment of client accounts across GIA, ISAs, SIPPs, and other structures. The role involves AML checks, due diligence, and maintaining CRM records, with collaboration across Front Office and Operations teams.

Strong Word/Excel skills and familiarity with WDX CRM or Figaro are preferred. We value initiative to improve processes and efficiency, and offer a permanent, full-time position with a

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role in Financial Services (preferred in Investment Management).
• Familiar with WDX CRM and Figaro or similar CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Check and sign off new accounts; obtain missing information.
• Perform AML and due diligence checks on new accounts and changing service.
• Create and maintain accurate client records in CRM.
• Liaise with Pension and Offshore Bond providers for account openings.
• Assist with transfers in/out of portfolios.
• Support improvements to processes and efficiency.
