Job summary

Timeline is a fintech company delivering Platform, MPS and financial planning solutions, with a remote-first culture and a London-office travel component. You will own onboarding for new client firms, coordinating with BDMs, Investment Analysts and developers to ensure assets transfer readiness and strong adoption of our services.

You will engage with existing firms to maximise outcomes, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Adviser Success/Technical teams to meet adviser needs.

Qualifications

• Understanding of what financial advisers do and the financial planning process.
• Familiarity with cashflow tools, platforms and MPS.
• Flexible mindset to adapt existing skills to an evolving business and willingness to learn.
• Self-confident to take initiative and seek support when needed.
• Ability to distil complex financial concepts into simple language.
• Willing and able to travel to our London office, typically once a quarter.
• Ability to attend occasional regional business development events.

Responsibilities

• Leading onboarding for new firms and coordinating implementation calls and training demos.
• Engaging with existing firms regularly to maximise service value.
• Monitoring KPIs for your firms and driving action plans with BDMs.
• Liaising with Adviser Success/Technical teams to meet advisers' needs in a timely manner.
• Supporting the regional BDM with events and prospective client discussions.
• Drafting and issuing contracts and managing client file setup.
