Aon has a Client Manager role in its London-based Financial Services team as day-to-day liaison with Financial Services clients!

What the day will look like

This role involves collaborating with colleagues to deliver client results, understanding client needs, and managing day-to-day risk requirements.

  • Achieve business results against financial and operational targets, including new business, retention, and rollover goals, while seeking opportunities to expand Aon’s services.
  • Develop Aon IQ through training and knowledge sharing, ensuring clients understand the full value of our services.
  • Apply Aon Client Methodology consistently, bringing key collaborators together for strategy and execution.
  • Communicate effectively, providing and receiving feedback to improve team success.
