Qualifications

• GCSEs including Maths and English (C/4 or above).
• 3 A Levels (or equivalent) with C or above.
• AAT/ATT qualification (or equivalent).
• ACCA/ACA/CTA qualification (or equivalent). or working towards.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of clients and department.
• Supervise and review work of other staff.
• Coach and develop junior members of our team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Accounts and tax return preparation.
• Bookkeeping and VAT return preparation.
• General assistance, advice, help and support to colleagues and clients.
• Attend training courses.
• Adhere to internal systems, processes, procedures, guidelines and standards including monthly and annual KPI’s.
