Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification, or be qualified by experience.
• Experience managing a UK accountancy client portfolio.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and taxation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied portfolio of clients across sectors.
• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and management accounts.
• Overseeing corporation tax and personal tax returns.
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients with practical accounting and financial advice.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
• Managing deadlines and ensuring accurate and efficient delivery.
• Reviewing work by junior colleagues and providing guidance.
• Liaising with Partners and senior colleagues on client matters.
• Identifying opportunities to provide additional services and support clients' business needs.
