Job summary

Sheridan Maine is recruiting an experienced Client Manager for an established North London accountancy practice. You will manage a varied portfolio of clients across owner-managed businesses and SMEs, preparing statutory accounts and management accounts, and oversee corporation and personal tax returns while delivering practical financial advice.

• ACA or ACCA qualification, or be qualified by experience.
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients within a UK accountancy practice.

• Good organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Key responsibilities of the Client Manager will include:

The successful Client Manager will have:

• ACA or ACCA qualification, or be qualified by experience.
• Previous experience managing a portfolio of clients within a UK accountancy practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and taxation.
• Experience reviewing work and supporting junior team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Good working knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
