AJ Chambers is seeking an experienced Client Manager to lead client relationships for a growing practice in the Stirling area. The role offers remote/hybrid/flexible working and the chance to shape service delivery with modern cloud-based tools.

You will manage SME portfolios, provide proactive business advice, and coordinate with junior staff while expanding expertise in Xero and cloud accounting. There is potential for progression as the firm grows.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience within an accountancy practice.
• Full UK work rights are required.
• ACA/ACCA preferred but QBE considered.
• Strong accounts and tax experience.
• Experience with Xero and cloud accounting software.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of SME clients across various industries.
• Build trusted client relationships and provide proactive business advice.
• Prepare and review accounts, tax returns, VAT and management information.
• Support and review the work of junior team members.
• Help clients maximise cloud accounting software, especially Xero.
• Adopt new technology to improve ways of working.

As their client base continues to grow, they are looking for an exerpeinced and self motivated Client Manager to help lead client relationships and support the next stage of our journey.

This exciting role that offers great flexibility, meaning you can work the hours around your lifestyle, will see you being responsible for -

• Managing a portfolio of SME clients across a range of industries
• Building trusted client relationships and provide proactive business advice
• Prepare and review accounts, tax returns, VAT and management information
• Support and review the work of junior team members
• Helping clients get the most from cloud accounting software, particularly Xero
• Playing an active role in adopting new technology and improving how we work

To secure this career opportunity you will have -

• At least 3 years' experience within an Accountancy practice
• Fully UK work rights
• Ideally ACA / ACCA fully qualified however QBE can be considered
• Strong accounts and tax experience
• Confident managing your own client portfolio
• Experience with Xero and cloud accounting software
• Commercial, proactive and passionate about delivering excellent client service
