Client Management Executive - French, London

We are currently searching for a bilingual executive to join our Client Management team. To be successful in this role, you will need to be fluent in both French and English, both written and spoken.

Your responsibilities will include dealing with daily queries from our retail clients on various investments such as CFDs, Spread betting, and Shares. Full training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills to navigate our platform effectively.

The role involves a hybrid working environment with shifts from Monday to Friday, including options for remote work:

• 7:30am - 4:30pm
• 8am - 5pm
• 9am - 6pm
• 11am - 8pm (remote)
• 1:30pm - 9:30pm (remote)

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage every touch-point during the client lifecycle in your region.
• Use our PSA system to contact leads and achieve active clients, including gathering documents, preparing clients for trading, and reactivating inactive clients.
• Work closely with your team to ensure service coverage during working hours.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients through regular contact and updates.
• Provide high-quality client service to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with marketing on communications and campaigns.
• Own and drive an excellent client experience, including trading execution, query management, and education.
• Respond proactively to inbound client queries and escalate issues as needed.
• Monitor competitors and market news to help improve services.
• Act as a brand ambassador in all client interactions.
