Responsibilities

• Leading innovation, transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the Red Bull account.
• Building and managing a roadmap of strategic projects and business enhancement opportunities.
• Partnering with Red Bull stakeholders to understand future priorities and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Evaluating new technologies, tools and capabilities that could enhance business performance.
• Working with field teams, insight teams and operational leaders to ensure solutions are practical and successfully adopted.
• Managing projects from concept, planning and pilot stages through to full deployment.
• Facilitating workshops, stakeholder sessions and strategic planning meetings.
• Creating business cases, implementation plans and performance measures.
• Monitoring adoption, engagement and ROI to ensure initiatives deliver measurable value.
• Acting as a bridge between commercial teams, field operations, technology partners and client stakeholders.
• Presenting recommendations, progress updates and future roadmaps to senior leaders and clients.

Location: London - Hybrid Working (3 days per week in the office across Red Bull & Acosta Europe Offices)

Contract: Permanent | 37.5 Hours per Week | Monday-Friday

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum + 10% Client Bonus

Reporting directly to Elaine Campbell, Unit Director, this newly created role sits at the heart of innovation, transformation and continuous improvement across the Red Bull business.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on turning ideas into reality. You'll work alongside senior leaders, client stakeholders, field teams, data specialists and technology partners to identify opportunities, lead business improvement initiatives and ensure innovation is successfully embedded into everyday operations.

Working as part of a small, high-performing leadership team, you'll help drive the future strategic roadmap for the account, ensuring Red Bull continues to see Acosta Europe as a progressive, innovative and commercially focused partner.

The Role

As Innovation & Transformation Lead, you'll take ownership of key innovation, technology and business transformation initiatives from concept through to implementation.

You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve performance, efficiency and effectiveness across the business, working closely with Red Bull and internal stakeholders to ensure new ideas deliver measurable results.

Whether introducing new technology solutions, leading operational improvements, implementing new ways of working or embedding innovative field sales capabilities, you'll act as the driving force behind successful change.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at both a strategic and hands-on level, confidently working with senior stakeholders whilst also getting involved in project delivery and execution.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who has successfully led change, transformation or innovation programmes within FMCG, retail, field sales or customer-focused environments.

You may currently be working as: Innovation Lead. Transformation Lead, Business Transformation Manager, Commercial Transformation Manager, Continuous Improvement Lead, Customer Excellence Manager or Go-to-Market Transformation Lead
