  5. Drive the client, internal stakeholders, and critical 3rd parties to execute against their tasks and milestones; drive proper governance and program reporting.
  6. Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements.
  7. Supervise all program and project managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems.
  8. Discover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people. Implement standard change control processes, deploy, and maintain risk, issue, and decision logs.
  9. This role is responsible for leading large, complex client transformation programs working with client C-Suite and STT executives to implement platform and service solutions aligned with client and STT agreed business outcomes.

This includes management of client solution management in partnership with multiple product and platform organizations and E2E business/solution architects, workstream leadership, conversion activities, business and client testing activities, change management, financial management, operational readiness, post-conversion hypercare, etc.
  11. The role requires establishing project governance and driving both internal and client executive stakeholders to meet their responsibilities, ensuring effective communication and reporting throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  12. The successful candidate must devise strategies to monitor program performance, provide feedback to project managers, and identify areas for efficiency enhancement, applying change and risk management principles as necessary.
  13. The role partners with Global Client Division leaders, Global Technology Services, Global Delivery teams, and Alpha Teams to deliver business outcomes that span STT business lines, platform providers, delivery partners, and client ecosystems, with responsibility for execution of program, business, financial, and client outcomes across Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, and Data domains.
