Job summary

ITC Service in the United Kingdom is seeking a practical Website Support Engineer / Web Developer to support, maintain and develop client websites across WordPress, Elementor and HubSpot CMS environments.

You will own website-related support requests from initial investigation through to resolution, working directly with clients to implement changes, perform testing and ensure security and performance across hosting, DNS and backups.

Qualifications

• Strong WordPress website development and support experience.
• Experience using Elementor or similar WordPress page builders.
• Good understanding of WordPress plugins and themes.
• Experience with website hosting environments and cPanel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain WordPress websites with Elementor and HubSpot CMS.
• Monitor and resolve website support tickets and issues.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, backups and security checks.
• Manage hosting, DNS records, domains and migrations.
• Implement SEO tasks including redirects and metadata.
• Communicate progress with clients and gather requirements.
