Job summary

IPS Finance represents a growing Chartered Accountants practice in Keighley. The Accounting Manager will lead a client portfolio and ensure high-quality accounting, tax and advisory services for a diverse client base.

You will review work prepared by junior staff, mentor team members, and work closely with Partners to drive service delivery and business growth in a flexible, hybrid role with a four-day week option.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.
• Strong experience in a UK accountancy practice.
• Confident reviewing work and managing client relationships.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors.
• Review accounts, tax and other compliance work prepared by junior staff.
• Build strong client relationships and provide practical advice.
• Support and train junior team members, contributing to their development.
• Work closely with Partners to support business growth and service delivery.
• Ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
