Lincolnshire County Council is seeking an experienced Client Finance Team Manager to lead the Client Finance Services, including Deferred Payments, invoicing and debt recovery, ensuring compliant, timely, and customer‑centred processes. Responsabilités

• Manage and support the team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for care fees.
• Maximise the Council's ability to ensure the effective management and recovery of outstanding debt, safeguarding the Council's financial interests by ensuring they have appropriate security in place.
• Identify and manage financial risks while maximising opportunities for efficiency and value for money.
• Support service improvement activities and lead the senior management in driving innovation and modernisation across the service.
• Support the senior managers in monitoring performance, quality and customer outcomes, using insight and data to inform decision-making.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
