Job summary

Eden Brown is seeking a talented Midweight Workplace Designer in Bristol to join a growing workplace design and build consultancy. You will transform client ideas into engaging office environments that enhance employee experience and support business performance.

You will own projects, develop briefs, create mood boards and drawings, and present proposals to clients as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial office design or D&B fit-out.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong space planning and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Producing workplace design concepts and space planning solutions
• Developing client briefs and understanding workplace requirements
• Creating mood boards, presentations and design narratives
• Producing test fits and feasibility studies
• Preparing detailed drawing packages
• Undertaking site surveys and client meetings
• Collaborating with project managers and construction teams
• Assisting in the delivery of projects from concept through to completion
• Presenting design proposals to clients
• Keeping up to date with workplace design trends, sustainability initiatives and emerging technologies
