Role Responsibilities

As a Developer in the Client Facing Technology (CFT) Team, you will work on Client Connectivity Platforms primarily servicing the Global Broking Division. These platforms are built with a mix of in-house and vendor software. You will report to the CFT Engineering Manager.

Your responsibilities include:

• Building client connectivity applications focused on maintainability, stability, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborating closely with Architecture, QA, Business Analysts, Product Managers, Project Managers/Agile Scrum Lead, Support Teams, and other stakeholders.
• Working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Experience / Competences

Required skills and experience include:

• Experience with FIX Protocol systems.
• Senior-level Java expertise.
• Experience with version control systems such as GitLab or GitHub.
• Development experience using Agile methodologies.
• Level 3 support experience for production systems.
• Knowledge of Broking, Trading, or Banking domains.
• Experience with Rapid Addition Platform or similar FIX Messaging Hubs.
• Deployment and configuration of applications on AWS (EC2, ELB, EKS, AMI).
• Experience with DevOps tools like Ansible, Jenkins, Groovy, TeamCity.
• Proficiency with SQL and database technologies.
• Experience with messaging platforms such as Solace.
