Job summary

FlexTrade Systems seeks an experienced professional to work on our flagship Sell Side Order Management System, FlexOMS, across implementation and support phases. You will interact with investment banking clients, define their business workflows, and translate needs into technical solutions.

You will liaise with global teams, manage expectations, and drive delivery with developers to ensure successful deployments and ongoing client success.

Qualifications

Client-facing and technical relationship management with global clients.
Translate business/workflow requirements into technical solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client deliverables.

Responsibilities

Define and understand client business/workflow requirements.
Build rapport with client teams and stakeholders.
Communicate timelines and manage client expectations.
Act as primary technical contact for new requirements and projects.
Design and implement technical solutions across platforms.
On-board client connections to FlexLINK FIX network.
Test and deploy new liquidity providers onto the liquidity engine.
Provide global client support and issue resolution.
