Lambert Smith Hampton in Exeter is seeking a Property Manager to deliver management services for a portfolio of residential and mixed-use buildings. You will act as the direct interface with Clients, Freeholders and Leaseholders, ensuring service standards and regulatory requirements are met.

You will conduct property inspections, manage budgets and client accounts, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, breaches of lease, contractor liaison, and support property sales.
