• Budgets and client accounts management.
• Building, Directors and Officers insurance handling.
• EGMs, AGMs, Directors meetings; Residents meetings.
• Correspondence and administration duties.
• Address breaches of the lease.
• Contractors management.
• Property sales (assignment of the lease).
• Handling complaints.
