Job summary

BakerHicks in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams on medium‑large utilities, renewables and infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality and performance at every stage.

You will be the link between clients, partners and internal teams, managing NEC contract governance, maintaining budgets, and driving continuous improvement while supporting Senior PMs and Project Directors in broader project delivery initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experienced project manager with a background in Utilities, Renewables, or Infrastructure.
• Skilled communicator who values teamwork and inclusion.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and project governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex, high-value projects.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships with transparency.
• Ensure safety, quality and performance standards are met.
• Ensure NEC contracts are complied with and projects stay on budget.
• Support Senior PMs and Project Directors in wider delivery initiatives.
