Job summary

Profitero+ in the UK is seeking an early-career Insights Analyst to develop client-facing storytelling from ecommerce data. You’ll work with Profitero data and reporting solutions, turning performance into actionable recommendations and engaging client conversations.

You will learn to use approved AI tools to accelerate insight development while applying careful validation and human judgement to every client deliverable.

Qualifications

• Around one to two years of experience in insights, category management, eCommerce, retail, FMCG, consulting, account support or another commercially analytical environment.
• Experience presenting findings, recommendations or business updates to clients or internal stakeholders.
• Confidence creating presentations in PowerPoint.
• Practical experience working with data in Excel.
• An understanding of eCommerce, retailers or consumer brands, or a strong interest in developing this knowledge.
• Strong written and spoken English.
