Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc is recruiting for a Relationship Management - Commercial Banking Degree Apprenticeship in London. You will support Relationship Managers and specialist teams from day one, helping to understand client needs, goals and challenges while contributing to tailored, regulated banking solutions.

The programme provides structured training, four placements and a degree from the University of Exeter, with early exposure to client-facing work and risk-aware decision making.

Qualifications

• Available to work full-time from November 2027 for 50 months.
• Have at least 5 GCSEs with minimum grade 4/C.
• Have BBB/BCC (or equivalent) across top 3 A-levels.
• Resident in the UK for the last 3 consecutive years and valid Right to Work.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers and specialists to understand client needs and goals.
• Help prepare client presentations, reports and credit papers.
• Assist with strategic reviews, pitches and financial risk assessments.
• Collaborate with Legal, Credit and Risk to deliver tailored solutions.
