Job summary

Fruition Group is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join our hybrid Leeds-based delivery team on permanent basis. You will own end-to-end AI deployments, from discovery and architecture to production, working directly with client data in enterprise environments.

You’ll combine AI engineering with forward-deployed delivery, building scalable AI solutions, tools, and accelerators while helping upskill client teams and advancing internal platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping production LLM/AI applications.
• Proven experience with RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering.
• Understanding of enterprise security, compliance and legacy environments.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Autonomy and an outcome-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build AI solutions using RAG, AI agents, LLM integrations and MCP.
• Deploy from prototype to production with security, scalability, guardrails and observability.
• Develop internal AI platform and reusable accelerators.
• Upskill client engineering teams and stay updated on emerging AI technologies.
• Demonstrate progress to clients and iterate quickly based on feedback.
