Job summary

Singer Vehicle Design is seeking an experienced Client Experience Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of client engagements from order to delivery. You will ensure a high-quality, professional experience at every stage and maintain regular client updates.

You will guide clients through deadlines, provide training on brand history and technology, and work cross-functionally to achieve company goals in a hybrid work setting. Previous client-facing experience in luxury automotive is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Five+ years in luxury automotive or equivalent brand.
• Five+ years in a client management or customer-facing role.
• Experience in a rapidly growing business environment.
• Knowledge of Singer Vehicle Design’s history, heritage and services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing status updates and tracking deadlines.
• Guide clients to meet deadlines, including donor car delivery and stage-billing payments.
• Serve as a brand representative, ensuring high-quality client interactions.
• Document all client touchpoints accurately in the CRM system.
• Use standardized templates for client interactions to measure KPI and program success.
• Provide training to clients on brand history, values, tech, and vehicle performance.
• Gather customer insights to support strategic business decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet company goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Reports to: Senior Manager - Global Client Experience

Hours of Work: 08:00-17:00 Monday - Friday inclusive (with 45 minutes for lunch break at 13:00)

Job Summary

The Client Manager oversees the complete lifecycle of Singer clients from their initial order to vehicle delivery, ensuring a high-quality, professional experience at every stage. Engages with clients regularly, sharing updates and all decision-based deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing status updates and tracking all project deadlines.
• Guide clients to meet deadlines, including donor car delivery and stage-billing payments.
• Serve as a brand representative, ensuring every client interaction is high quality and professional.
• Document all client touchpoints accurately and thoroughly within the CRM system.
• Use standardized structures and templates for client interactions to measure KPIs and program success.
• Provide technical and non-technical training to clients on brand history, values, current/future technology, and vehicle performance.
• Gather customer insights to help support strategic business decisions.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to meet company-wide goals.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Five (5) plus years of experience within luxury automotive industry or equivalent brand industry
• Five (5) plus years of specific experience in a client management or customer facing role
• Prior experience in a rapidly growing business environment
• Detailed knowledge of Singer Vehicle Design’s history, heritage, and services

Skills/Abilities and Attributes

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (incl. Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams), as well as various digital illustration, editing, and design-based programs and tools
• Maintains a neat, professional appearance
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment
• Effective written and verbal communications skills; ability to express ideas clearly and actively listen to others
• Team oriented, with a strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment to meet multiple deadlines
• Excellent time management with an ability to balance multiple projects and timelines
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and collaborative skills with the ability to prioritize efficiently and effectively within and across departments
