There is a clear path to Assistant Centre Manager, with milestones and coaching to help you grow. You’ll be the first face clients see, know the building intimately, and curate memorable events.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the building with a warm, polished welcome.
• Know your clients and the building as the local-area expert.
• Keep standards immaculate with daily walkrounds.
• Make move-ins effortless by setting up offices, IT and access.
• Bring the building to life by hosting client events.
• Learn admin and back-office tasks: billing, reporting, facilities coordination.
• Shadow all aspects of running a building to prepare for what’s next.
• Stay proactive: anticipate needs and fix issues before asked.
