Qualifications

• Proven track record in client-focused admin roles.
• Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to help advisers with existing and new business.
• Support renewals and market reviews of schemes.
• Assist with provider invoicing and liaise with Finance teams.
• Maintain accurate client records in Secondsight systems and protocols.
