Job summary

Worldpanel by Numerator in London is seeking a Client Executive to manage a portfolio of clients, delivering shopper insights and strategic guidance.

This permanent hybrid role (1 day in the office at Euston) starts September 2026. You will build relationships, present insights, and contribute to business growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in client management or account management in market intelligence is preferred.
  • Strong analytical storytelling with data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day client management, taking ownership of client relationships across the portfolio.
  • On-site presence: face-to-face time at client sites, running meetings, delivering insights.
  • Account development: grow how clients see our role and provide practical insights.
  • Collaboration: work with teams across the business to deliver outstanding service.
  • Insight: use data to tell stories and deliver presentations.
  • Revenue: work with the team to identify leads and maintain relationships.

Role Overview

We are recruiting for acohort of Client Executives, who willbuild client relationships through expanding networks and delivering shopper insights in a constantly evolving shopper environment. You will help our clients turn purchase and consumption behaviour into competitive advantages through continuous monitoring, advanced analytics and delivering tailored solutions.

Role Description (What you will be doing)
  • Clients: Day to day client management, taking ownership of client relationships across the portfolio.
  • On-site presence:Makeeffective use offace-to-facetime at client sitesrunning effective meetings, building newrelationshipsand delivering insight with impact.
  • Account Development:Grow & advance how clients see our role in their businesses, giving them practical insights and the confidence that we are the right partner for their needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team as well as other areas across the business to deliver outstanding service to the client.
  • Insight: Use our data to tell compelling stories based on business questions anddemonstratingyour knowledge andexpertiseof our services. Delivering presentations and larger briefs.
  • Revenue: You will have a Commercial target and work with your team toidentifyleads, by finding and developing conversations,maintainingstrong client relationships and being close to their key business questions.
