Now, we're looking for aClient Executiveto join our growing Client Services team. If you’re a confident communicator, highly organised, and passionate about purpose-driven work — we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Client Executive, you'll play a key part in delivering impactful fundraising campaigns for our charity partners. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure everything runs smoothly, from campaign planning through to performance reporting.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a day-to-day contact for charity clients,ensuring a high quality of service and building strong, long-lasting relationships through regular meetings, reviews and proactive support
  • Supporting in the planning, coordination,administrationand delivery of fundraising campaigns
  • Working with our field teams and charity partners on training, logistics, materials and compliance to deliver innovative and impactful campaigns
  • Preparing reports and presentationsin partnership with our data teamthat highlight campaign performanceagainst quality KPIs, forecasts, compliance standards and ethical fundraising values

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in account management, client services, or project coordination (agency or charity sector experience is amust)
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and ability tobalance and prioritisemultiple tasks
  • A collaborative spirit and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • A genuine interest in the charity sector and ethical fundraising
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
