A reputable online publisher is seeking a Client Engagement Executive to manage client accounts and coordinate webinars. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a B2B environment in an account executive or operations role.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, varied role indicating excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as internal contact for team members directing information for client accounts.
  • Manage account and webinar operations efficiently through a Project Management System.
  • Operational management of over 30 webinars a year.
  • Prepare webinar reporting including registration lists and statistics.
  • Manage specified client lists, answering queries and arranging materials.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly lead reports for all clients.
