Business Development Representative – United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Telent is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Representative to join our Sales & Marketing team within the Network Services division. The role involves building relationships within the Emergency Services, Public Sector, Government, Utilities, and Nuclear sectors. The position requires working through a training plan and collaborating at our Warwick and Camberley offices at least one day per week.

At Telent, we are passionate about connecting people and keeping critical networks operational 24/7. As a BDR, you will support our go-to-market strategy by researching target accounts, supporting sales pipelines, and generating interest in our services through targeted outreach.

Responsibilities:
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of Telent, our offerings, and the markets we serve.
  • Support the sales team by researching target accounts and stakeholders.
  • Create and coordinate campaigns for prospect accounts.
  • Perform outreach via phone, email, social media, and other creative methods.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and convert them into meetings and opportunities.
  • Analyze and report on your activities and pipeline efforts.
Candidate Profile:
