Business Development Representative United Kingdom (Hybrid) Job Description
Telent is looking for a new addition to the Sales & Marketing team as part of the Network Services division. We are seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking Business Development Representative to join our team and help build and develop relationships within the Emergency Services, Public Sector, Government, Utilities, and Nuclear space. This role involves working through a Telent training plan and collaborating with the team at our Warwick and Camberley offices at least one day per week, alternating weekly.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll play a multi-faceted role that is integral to the success of Telent’s go-to-market strategy. As you learn and grow in the BDR role, we’ll help you map out a career path within Telent for years to come.

We are looking for resilient, driven, self-motivated candidates who adopt a practical way of working. You should have relevant experience in a sales environment, particularly outbound sales, and the ability to generate and identify new business leads. Experience from other industries is welcomed. A university degree or equivalent is preferred, with some experience working in an office setup.
