Job description

You'll keep clients connected, spot growth opportunities, and help unlock their potential with BabelQuest. You'll build relationships beyond projects, maintain trust between engagements, and turn insights into conversations that expand what's possible.

You'll work across teams as a connector, keeping clients engaged with our services and ensuring we're present when new opportunities emerge.

You drive business growth by engaging stakeholders, demonstrating clear ROI, and confidently pitching the strategic roadmap.

You'll be free to work your way

Work flexible hours at home and at the office (for all the life moments that don't fall on weekends). You'll get half a day each week to level up your skills and £650 a year to spend on your mental wellbeing. After five years, you'll get a month‑long, paid sabbatical.
