Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business and grow the influencer division.
• Create and implement the global influencer marketing strategy aligned with client goals.
• Build and lead a team of influencer marketers and talent managers.
• Identify and maintain relationships with top-tier creators, agents, and managers.
• Define success metrics and oversee reporting, ROI, engagement, and brand impact.
• Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee legal and talent deliverables.
• Keep abreast of cultural trends, platform updates, creator economy shifts, and emerging talent.
