Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow the influencer division through new business initiatives
• Create and implement the global influencer marketing strategy aligned with client objectives
• Build and lead a team of influencer marketers and talent managers
• Establish relationships with top-tier creators, agents, and managers
• Define success metrics and oversee reporting, ROI, engagement, and brand impact
• Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee legal and talent deliverables
• Stay updated on cultural, platform, and creator economy trends
