Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop new business and grow the influencer division.
2. Develop and own the global influencer marketing strategy aligned with client goals.
3. Build and lead a team of influencer marketers and talent managers.
4. Identify and nurture relationships with top-tier creators, agents, and managers.
5. Define success metrics, lead reporting, and track ROI, engagement, and brand impact.
6. Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee legal and talent deliverables.
7. Stay ahead of cultural and platform trends, creator economy shifts, and emerging talent.
