Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business and grow the influencer division.
• Create and implement the global influencer marketing strategy aligned with client goals.
• Build and lead a team of influencer marketers and talent managers.
• Establish relationships with top-tier creators, agents, and managers.
• Define success metrics, track ROI, engagement, and brand impact through reporting.
• Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee legal and talent deliverables.
• Stay informed about cultural trends, platform updates, creator economy shifts, and emerging talent.
